This session introduces Microsoft Power Automate as a core component of the Power Platform, designed to help organisations streamline repetitive and manual business processes through automation.

You will explore how Power Automate connects Microsoft 365 services and third‑party applications using triggers, actions, and connectors. The session focuses on the “Describe it to design it” experience, powered by Copilot, which allows you to build automation flows using natural language.

By the end of the session, you’ll understand how flows are structured, how data moves through an automated process, and how to build, test, and troubleshoot basic automation using Power Automate and AI assistance.
